If you need to return or exchange your item for any reason, just ship it back to us in the same condition you received it within 30 days of purchasing. Please email us at info@drybble.co or use the contact button below to reach us so we can give you a rma (return merchandise authorization) number.
We will refund your credit card for the purchase amount less shipping and handling within 7 business days of receipt of your return. For purchases made using PayPal, refunds will be credited directly to your PayPal account.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be emailed to you within 7 business days.
